In the video installation “The lost landscape", the camera tracks the journey of shadows in the eyes of stuffed animals on display in natural history museums . Passing shapes, images of the changing world... Awaking, dreaming, the other side - each pattern is like a visual system projected through a kaleidoscope…
The world presented in the eyes of dead animals through the camera lens is like a spiritual evocation summoning the souls, silhouettes, a return of lost landscapes... And you just know that there’s something on that other side of the screen, whether it is fictional or real.
